I think there are too many blurred effects. I think the background is cool, and had good colors. But you need some kind of effects in the foreground to contrast it.

 

The coloring could be improved.
The composition isn't that good.

 

i really like the feel to this one, and i really like the colors,although i agree with the blur thing, you should only blur some parts of it
