He/she lacks the experience, which is why I'll have to say no. They need to work on their signature's a lot more.

 

i can say yes...as these are his 1st 5 tags.. i think he can learn faster and be better so Yes!

 

I was going to make a point about that too, since these are his first few they are good for his level. But I wonder if he will consistently improve.

 

well since those are his first five, id say they are ok. 50/50 for me
