well, im really pleased with how this came out c&c appreciated

Did you meant for parts of the birds to seem blurred? Around their neck area seems blurry.

 

hmmm.... ill see about sharpening up those areas

 

add more sharpening and add more weather in the clouds

 

if i add more sharpening it looks way over sharpened (just tried it) and there arent any clouds, the "cloud" looking thing in the bottom right of the sky was just to add some different lighting and stuff

 

I like everything, but the smudging(?) around the doves, rest is v nice. gj

 

yea thats not smudging, i wanted to burn some areas and didnt want to burn a part of the bird, so i used the magic wand tool, instead of the penttol (lazy) and it kinda came out like that xD, and it was in the middle of the layers and everything, so cant really change it

 

I think Shady means to add more stuff in the sky like stars or clouds

 

add 2 more pen lines, composition rule is to use at least 3 items of effect elements

 

looks good, like the depth and lighting but a more detailed background would make it much better
