This is a painting that I did from scratch, not a render.
Wings and cloth still need work. There is a full size, it's not here because it's not done, and I never have time to finish anything. I'll come back to it, I have started 3 others already.

It's not a render. The only ps tool used was a default brush and some smudging to rough in the wings, but that's just temporary.

 

You're a good artist. Did you use a mouse or a wacom pad and pen?

Hmm her face looks weird, other then that it's really good except for the blue dot on her leg actualy.
