Need Help Lost 12k Creds

Recentely i have taken a short brake from this site due to computer problems. During that break, i was giving a refund of 12k creds for something i paid for but took a 30 day cred back gurantee on. I got the pm saying that private hoster sent me the credits, and have not put them in a bank yet, since it's my first time back on in over a month and he gave me the credits in between that time. So is there anyway to get them back, cause thats over 30 dollars of my own money i spent on them.

Well wouldn't i of at least be sent a pm or some kind of message saying someone stole them?

 

No that's not the way the item works. And unfortunately the credits cannot be given back to you. You are not the first person to lose a large amount of credits to this item (and certainly won't be the last) but the lesson to be learned is that when you have a large amount of credits, you should bank them immediately. Your circumstances are different and it's unfortunate the way you lost all of those credits but we can't make exceptions otherwise everybody would be coming to us with reasons/excuses to get their lost credits back.

 

Private Hoster sent 12k credits back to yourself for not being able to provide the resouces you asked for, you didn't log on, you got the credits stolen from you.

Nothing we can do, you should pay more attention and activate e-mails for PMs and log on from school or a library or something if your expecting that large of a transaction. Sorry you paid for them, but this is why the GR Bank credit buying system was implemented. Had you bought from the admins, we likely would have refunded you and taken the credits from the individual who stole from yourself and restocked their items used.
