How will they know you were in the fight if we actually do murder you and dispose of the remains (likely through ingestion)? Can't be murder if the body is never found. Also, thats no joke, if I were to ever go and be some homicidal freak in RL the way I would get rid of the body is eating most of it.
In a real fight, its not planned out. Do people on this site know anything about fights? They aren't your school yard bullshit where you say, 'meet me after lunch at the flag pole' ya fucking idiots. When a fight happens, it happens then and there, its messy, and its not pre arranged. You punch, kick, stab, low blow, w/e you have to do in order to win in a 'fight'. On a side note, if you told me in RL just before I was about to beat your ass that hitting you was attempted murder, my mentality would be to finish it. If I am gonna get charged with attempted murder, I may as well have committed the murder. Not telling me would leave you more likely to live as if it was a normal fight, and the worst I would get is yet another felony for assault on my record.
