Regardless of his age or ethnicity, this is exactly how it is in the states.

Every black person will always pull the race and slavery card in nearly every major argument that regards race. They have an absurd amount of pull in court simply because of their race, in the same way females have an extremely large pull over males in things like domestic abuse cases, etc. There is always some extremely stupid major controversy going on about some ignorant black person going against a white person because of something stupid that *could* be slightly racist like this case.

The stupidity in America is limitless. I wouldn't say something like this wouldn't of happened in England.
It could happened anywhere. I reckon the chances of it happening anywhere except America is pretty slim however.

Think about this. How many of todays modern people of ethnic variations were actually slaves, or descendants of some of the living jews after Hitler, etc.? How many of those people who aren't still use slavery and things that happened to their race as an excuse? How many of those people do you think would actually say something like this if we were openly discriminatory against them?

Sometimes being dictators of sorts and looking down on others has its greater benefits on society. How many black people would make a fuss out of 'black hole' if we openly were prejudice and still commited hate crimes and placed them through intense situations and/or slavery? I guarentee the few that would bother to stand up would be shot down quite quickly. I am not saying slavery, the persecution of the jews, etc. were good things, but honestly now, if ethnicities actually had TRUE concerns for their race, color, ethnicity, etc. do you think stupid cases like this would ever show up in court?

Since I know that will be taken out of context... What I am saying here is that blacks have come a LONG way in the US from how it was 50 years ago. Nowadays these lawsuits are becoming more and more common, how much further are they going to push? We already are now openly accepting a black president for the first time in history. How far are blacks going to push the states limits? I understand equality, but when is the last time you saw a white person take a black man to court for saying 'cracker' speaking of food and the white guy getting offended and winning? You never have, and you never will. Racism should not ba one way street if its going to get this stupid.

 

I reckon he is just trying to get money, suing him for something as stupid as this.

I mean there has been loads of stupid court cases in America. It's a popular stereotype saying all Americans like to sue.

For me I see this mainly as a way for the guy to get attention, and mabey some money. He knew what the other man was talking about, but I guess everyone need their 5 minutes of fame...

 

Racism is SOOOOOO much worse in Europe, Acrima you have no brain, or rather, don't watch TV. Watch a soccer game over there, or go to one. You will see tons of Nazi signs, and they spit on black players and throw banana peels at them, people that live in glass houses, shouldn't throw stones. And yes, I've seen it in England too.

It's not as simple as "Black man offended by 'black hole'." There is a serious inequality in this country, except in this case the minorities are the ones given more privleges and leeway. For example, the United Negro College fund, Black History Month, BET, affirmative action, ect.

It's all bull----. And I take personal offence to affirmative action. This stuff really makes my blood boil.
