I'm actually very impressed with myself on this. I mostly did stuff with the lighting, text, and stuff behind the gravestone. There are a lot of brushes that were used in this also, some of which you may not even notice because they were used for such minor details. I tried adding more effects than whats present, but whenever I added something else, it just didn't feel right. I stuck to my gut feeling of what was needed and this is the outcome.

I'm very impressed that you took a stock and somehow added your own text on it.. Like even I don't know how to take a grave stone and add text on it if it already has some.. The BG is blurred just a little too much for me, and the white effects near the bottom don't go too well. I probably woulda added in some black crows

I used the Spot Healing Brush Tool to make the gravestone blank, then I went into blending options and added in an inner shadow, stone texture, and inner bevel for the text and brushes on the gravestone. And then I reduced the fill for each of those layers to 0. It took me hours to figure out how to do that though and then a long time as well to figure out exactly what to set things to so it looked okay. Not to mention the time afterword actually putting it all in. I put a lot of effort into this one, so it pleases me to see that you're impressed with part of. =D

the white stuff in front of the grave kills it imo. and i think it needs some more effects and the lightning is too blue (brush some white over it)..
like the text tough, keep it up!

I like it but I agree with him.
maybe you could try smudging the white stuff and changing the blending mode to give it some kind of foggish look, and the gravestone is just a bit too blue imo....
but the text is great, and i like the overall feel of the tag, even tho it could use some more effects
