Best Cheapest Hosting Service?

Theres so many hosting services that I cant decide who to go with...
I have looked at the top rated hosting websites but every website has different top rated hosts.

I have been thinking about 1and1 but im still not sure yet.

 

Surpasshosting.com is pretty awesome to be honest.

Any other ones that are a bit cheaper with less space etc... I don't need much space, or bandwidth as of yet, as I am just testing my site to see how well it does the first couple months. All that I mainly want is great up time and decent speed with possible web stats.

 

Eh, $6 is pretty cheap man, you can find that in coins laying around your house in a month, if your just testing stuff out and can't pay $6, you may as well just get a free service.

 

I can get 1and1 for $2 the first 3 months with a free domain and $4 after... I guess ill just go with that.
