Ok.. so here is the concept, my friend who does IT thought it would be nifty if i made him a program that can create a invitation for Remote Assistance so he wouldn't have to explain how to set it up on other peoples computers, instead they just run this program, so i said sure, run into vb, come up with some scripting, and now that im finished i noticed that you cant manually create a .msrcincident file i created one in remote assistance, copied the xml, and pasted it into a new one and it didnt work, is it possible to create a RA invitation manually?
