after not playing my psp for a while, i went on it and noticed my battery is charged 2/3 when i remember clearly that the last time i charged it 100%. so i charged it 100% once again, the next morning i turn on my psp and look at the battery level in the top corner and see that its 2/3 charged, i check battery information and its at 32%. anyone know the problem?

Hmm, I don't know what is your problem is but if there is a problem with the battery, the only way to fix it is to buy a new one.

If you've played with it plugged in for a long time it can degrade the battery

You probably just need a new battery. They can die over time. The same thing happened to my iPod

take that battery out if you charge it to 100% and don't plan on playing for a while.

i also noticed something else, after turning off my psp, if i turn it on a few minutes later the Sony intro shows up, but after a few hours or the next day, it turns on as if i turned it to sleep mode, which ive tested and i did not put it to sleep mode
