The effects over the band members need to go. Also, it looks a bit LQ and the text needs work. It definitely needs a focal point. I suggest you read some tutorials, but it's a good start, you've got a lot of potential with that style of tag.
Although I hate A7X, that doesn't make the opinion I have that the tag is whack. It's a good start, I'll admit, but you should really look into doing single render sigs. Sigs like these with multiple focal points end up looking bad. It's a nice attempt, and you have a good amount of potential as Smile said. Keep it up there bud!
