    Wow, ew.

    It looks like you took like 5 stocks, and then smudged them, setting their layer's blending modes to linear dodge or something.

    Colour isn't something you can just change at the end, you have to work it out from the very start.
    Also, the smudge isn't really good. It doesn't have any flow, or composition at all.

    not exactly the case.. al ot of that was done from scratch.. i happen to like it. it looked good as i was doing it.. the colours i mean.. oh well.. thanks for the opinions and comments. much appreciated.

    Hmmm.. I think if you filled a new layer with a purple colour then set to lighten at around 10-20 opacity, the colours might look a bit better.
