It's getting annoying to the point where I don't like turning off my computer because I can never get it back on. I can press the power button, but the computer won't turn on. the only way i can ever turn it on is by unplugging the power from the extension cord, and plugging it back in, and even that takes a couple tries. anyone know what's wrong?

there's a connector which supposed to be plugged in on the motherboard, you either dont have it connected, or you have it on the wrong connector

Either broken button, or something is lose on the mobo. Check motherboard first, when you have the computer standing up, the connections should be on the bottom right handd, if your looking at it. Make sure they are all connected good, and in the correct spot, if thats not working, try using a meter to test the switch.
