I think the lighting is in the wrong place. Shouldn't it be on the other side of her face? Other than that it looks pretty nice.

the lighting should be hitting the other side of her face, there is no depth either. but it has potential...
Updated with a v2, I changed some coloring and added depth, the lighting direction change will be more of a pain though...
Well you can't really change it now, but it looks good other than the oversharpened parts to the left of her face.
