The blue/green signs stand out too much and look bad with the other colours.. Left side is nice but very repetitive and boring. Right is somewhat interesting, bar the signs in the middle. Could do with some nicer blending of colours, but right now it looks good
I think I see what kind of concept you were going for.. But it needs to be cleaned up a lot more. Cause I can't really tell what am I suppose to be seeing.
Too chaotic. I don't know what's going on in the sig even after looking at it for a few minutes. I don't know what's what.

It's okay. It's certainly...busy. I like the effects though I agree on it being a bit too chaotic and because of that I can't really find a focal point my eyes just wander everywhere. The green signs I don't mind to be honest, I like seeing more then one color in there and it doesn't seem to clash with the orange all that much either, at least not in my opinion. And there should be something in the empty black space on the right. My rating: 6.5/10
