well, I just finished a new tag, and I really would like some good critique. my last few tags, based on others' critiques, were overcontrasted, the text was boring, depth wasn't too good, color, and compo needs help. (basically horrible tags ). anyway, I just want to know if I improved at all. here are my past 5 tags that were critiqued, and the sephiroth one. newest:
I like the first one. I'd have to say work on the text for all of them. It just dosen't fit in with the tag.
they all really lack depth and your lighting needs MUCH work. they are all very flat, trying using the sharpening tool with the the blur tool instead of just blurring your background, also mess about with your burn tool to create some better depth in the areas away from your light. keep it up mate.
yea my text is always pretty horrible. I just don't have a good sense of where to put it, what font looks nice with the tag, color, etc. I guess after time it'll slowly come. also, do you think my depth is better on the seph sig? thanks for the critique guys.
The seperoth lighting is pretty good. With the text just experiment. You'll find some good texts. Also you can use clipping masks to help bring the text to life. Just expirement and find somthing you like.
The Twilight Princess one is perfect. I absolutely love it and the colors blend really well. The Sai one I don't like as much, mostly because Sai is a bit too hard to see because none of the shades are different at all. The rest of them are just -okay- in my opinion. Anyway, my overall rating is: 9/10
The Sephiroth tag is really bad quality. The whole thing is kind of blurry. I really like #1 and #4. Keep it up.

Amazing love them, but the text kinda destroy the sig. You can go and train, or look on font tutorials, and when you are good on fonts you add them to the sigs.
text doesnt fit, it does seem a little bit dark and over contrasted to. work on your effects and compo.
