It looks kind of sharp to me, but the render seems like its out of place, like there is pink than an IMMORTAL. Kinda out there. Keep it up though.

Text isn't always nessecary, most outcomes actually look better without text. I would suggest using the dodge/burn tool to add a little more depth and then try to recreate the lighting. Afterwards try some adjustment layers to build stronger colors. Just some suggestions.
You sharpened the background and left the focal point blurred, you should have done the complete opposite to create any sort of depth ^^
