comments from me, you do know that going to the gym and working out, you would not notice a weight loss due to the simple fact muscle weight 3 times the same as fat so if u lose any fat, and put on muscle you will infact weigh more. i would suggest getting a dog to walk every day before breakfast since you will burn more fat first thing in the morning. before you eat anything, and not eating or eating very very little is a bad bad bad idea, your body will then think any food i get i will store as fat, since im not getting that much food anymore, eat properly get a bike and dont stop till gravy is running outta you! just keep at it, and dont give up.
Well, for one, you're gaining weight because you're building muscle mass. You said you are lifting weights, correct? The thing about a doctors BMI chart, is that it doesn't factor in Muscle mass, meaning it can be incorrect. To find a more accurate measure of your target weight, I'd suggest having your doctor use a skin caliper to measure your skinfolds. He/she will then be able to accurately determine how overweight (if at all) you are. You may just have a lot of muscle mass. You probably aren't even overweight. And no, Hydroxy cut isn't worth it. My mother used to be morbidly obese before she got Gastric By-pass Surgery. And she used that product and she lost zero weight. It'd be even less beneficial for you since you are not categorized as "obese." The pills are designed for people with a lot of fat to burn. Whereas you do not. You are probably just a little muscular meaning the BMI chart is reading incorrectly.
I'll make it as simple as what I do. Don't eat nothing after 7 PM Work out about 30-45 mins, all workout, no timeouts. Eat a ligth breakfast, cereal with milk , coffee with a couple toast ( watch out with that one, must of the times, it gets near 400-500 calories) Eat food, meat is good, around 3-5 PM. You'll be good. Snacks are also good. Oh and also "Muscle weights 40% more than fat" So don't be surpriced if you don't loose as much weight as you want, you are gaining muscle, which is lovable :-D
run 5-10 miles a day be4 my injury I used to run almost 100 miles per week its not hard it a lifestyle change
Haha I forgot about this post X_X Ok so I found out that I am not fat.. I just got some fatty tissue around my belly which will go away in a couple of weeks, I am just big since I have more Muscle than Brain So overall I am not going on supplements or drugs as a mater of fact I am just going the regular way Plus if you love the way you look, others will too, and if you respect that you body will react to your training and other sorts of excercises As a mater of fact I look better than I did in my photo with family two months ago _Z
Nope, I would rather go with stuff that is natural (eating correctly, working out, ect.) You don't need to loose weight, just convert it into muscle like others have said.
If your putting weight on then perhaps you should cut down on your eating or alcohol habits? That would be the only logical answer for your weight gain. Most of these glossy new ways to lose weight and put on muscle are all hyped up, I would seriously consider speaking to a physiotherapist or a doctor before you start a regime like that because the websites you see these things advertised on are usually full of fake feedback and fake stories. Don't rush into things mate.
"Muscle weights 40% more than fat" False. 1kg of muscles = 1 kg of fat The only thing is that fat takes much more volume than muscles. It's like, 1kg of feathers = 1kg of lead, but the feathers take much more place than the lead. So if you watch what you eat and you're doing exercice, you should lose weight. But I think you're on the good path.
