Nice work! I like it alot. I am not such a fan of the two red stripes near the top, I think that it would flow better without them.

I like it. It flows well and the text works well as well. The red ribbons at the top aren't NEEDED, but having them doesn't really bother me much either. However, the blackish color at the bottom-right kind of bothers me. Other then that, it's good. My rating: 9/10
