not bad, even tho i'm not a fan of abstract tags.
The text could be better, V1 is better imo.
The colors and comp are nice, but it looks a bit too light and plain to me, maybe I'd have tried putting in some huge contrast. not sure.

 

thanks guys. I think it's nothing special. could I use it for bg? or stop wasting time?
