Hm..kind of hard for me to see the Lava Flow in this one

To me, it kind of looks like the outer shell of a perfect Rose Petal or a couple together.
Lava flow not that much. Though there seems to be a bit of comparison here or there.

As for the vectoring part of the Coloring and Shaping of the tag is done nicely,
But the title of Lava Flow doesn't really flow with the overall Tag Flow

Maybe add a bit darker background and bring out the red shape in the front
and try to use the liquify filter and see what you get!

Looks very good, for such a simple looking style, but yes, It also reminds me more of petals than lava

 

I was thinking more of the lava lamps you get rather than hot hot lava,but ok i can see flower petals too lol

I think you are overusing Topaz to get an effect. Try to work more on using filters that are already included in Photoshop.Topaz is fine and all but using i as something to rely on to make your tag look better will not help you improve.
Other then that i hated the border on this one.

yea it looks like rose pedals but a nice piece none the less I like v1 the best.

For all who don't know...DraveN is a pen tooling freak...topaz is hard too use for him I pretty sure he would rather use the pen tool
