well you're not the only one judging, we have the entire staff judge, keep in mind that when there are winners its not always landslide victories. most of the time at least 1/2 or 1/3 of the entries get at least 1 vote each. you guys should really respect the winners more instead of dwelling so much on the loss. "Being tough should make you want to do it more." right acrima?

Just stating the Obvious...doing a Tag on the Sins isn't really that hard, anyone can do one
But making sure that instead of placing an angry guy in the middle and calling it wrath, or putting a fat lady in the tag is called gluttony isn't the whole jist of the theme.

It needs to be surrounded in the meaning of the whole theme of the Seven Deadly Sins,
Hence, they are called the Seven Deadly Sins...

FYI, I did have a good entry and Im happy with it, I never said it was tough for me.

 

It's not the fear of losing or not respecting others.
I think its lack of understanding and self-reflecting.

At the end of the day it is based on a couple people's opinions.
Whether those people are critical thinkers in art and design is a different debate altogether! lol

What's with all the wrath tags people?

 

7 Deadly Sins, and about 4 of them were used.

 

Because to people that is the easiest one, even though I have not seen any wrath from them

They just have an angry guy in the middle with stuff around him..not wrath at all

Captain america dosn't represent pride for the seven deadly sins..

you should go google Pride the deadly sin.. you will see it has to do with people who are basically pricks *cough*

A LOT of sigs are using blackeri's stocks...

The drawing blackeri does portrays the sins well, but a sig with those stocks? Nope. >_>

I'm not saying I am the smartest person in the world, because I am certainly not.
but there is only a couple sigs that relates to the 7 deadly sins lol

Some of them have a back story. For example:

Tnuckington = If you've watched Dragonball Z, Vageta is a total jackass that craves power and very greedy.

Daecu = The bad guy in FF Advent Children craves power and willing to destroy pretty much everyone to revive his "mother"? (something like that)

Suspect = Pretty much self-explanatory.

Steez = Self-explanatory.

Matador = Kung-fu Panda, I don't get it but he explained it.

Draven = Arathas was corrupted by a sword, went onto pursue the demon and free it. Once he freed the demon (which promised him power) him and the demon fused to create, The Lich King? (something like that)

but hey, just remember that your tag will stand out more if you use one of the sins NOT taken already, be an individual ^_^ (only reason i didn't change mine yet is because i like fire...)
