If anything with the flow, I think it'd be slightly interrupted down the center. Not a huge fan of the bevel on the text, but overall the tag is awesome. I love it.

Great colors and effects. Maybe add a bit of contrast. You're definitely right that the depth is off. I think most of the effects are blurred or distorted in some way. There aren't any foreground effects that stand out. There's really no flow at all. The render is just kind of hanging there, I don't know if that was the effect you were going for. Overall, nice looking tag . Love the text.
