Probably down to floor thickness, generally you'll need a strong card and a strong router G+ MIMO or better, alternativly look into homeplugs, they send your internet connection through your power cables

o_O never heard of that, sounds interesting. Ill check into it. Any idea how much it cost?

EDIT: I looked into this, and its a little much seeing as how i already have 3 computers with this, it would have been nice if I had just got wireless internet, or whatever, but since i already have 3 cards in my computers, its not worth the ~$150 it cost for most of the systems.

Its just one computer that loses connection so I'm better off buying a new and stronger wireless card, but the suggestion was great, thanks.

I have a Super-G Max netgear router or something like that. I could upgrade the wireless cards to Super-G as i only have a G, but is there anything better than the Super G wireless network adapter/card.

    85mbps is around £40
    200mbps is closer to £150
