slivers are stupidly overpowered and hardly have anything to balance them aside from another sliver deck or weenie decks. as of right now i'm playing a black red elemental deck to go with the new series, got 3 planeswalkers in it >:)

i agree that a sliver deck can be very strong but its definitly not unbeatable,
especially if you play all 5 colors, like i do.
an example: my friends discard deck kills my sliver deck everytime.
but playing slivers against slivers doesnt work as all slivers get boosted by the active effects of the slivers

Yeah sliver on sliver would just negate itself.

The new red and black cards are pretty beast, my friend has a deck of them and it kills me all the time.

I ordered the shadowmoor blue and black theme deck, so that should be coming in today and I'm going to change that and make a pretty good deck hopefully.

Oh maybe you guys know these cards...I've been trying to figure out what they are called, they don't have a toughness or attack but they have three abilities that either give them counters or take away counter, and the blue one has like -10 counters, target player discards the top twenty cards of their library.

*EDIT* : Nevermind I figured it out

i <3 blue black... i have 2 of that blue/black rare shapeshifter thing... i share cards with a friend, he's using that deck so i forget the ability exactly but its like... something someting become a copy of target creature and have this ability. xD black is hilarious though, i give all my creatures whither, and then with red i give them all haste. then i just control the game untill i get a planeswalker or my guy with red/black flying haste 5/5 for 5 mana xD fun times fun times

@nightmare, i played 5 colors for a long time... not enough infrastructure

I don't like playing with more than two colors, just not my style.

Just ordered the red planeswalker  I want to get the blue one but it's like $10 <_<

I'm not sure, but I was going to buy a copy from a local hobby shop, but before I decided if I wanted to buy it or not someone else picked it up...oh well, I figured out you can guy them cheap from the ebay store.

Yeah Jace only costs three to play, but his abilities are a bit more expensive then the others but they are much better.

well they are just like legends, you can only have 1 out at a time. and mirror gallery won't affect them because they aren't under the "legends rule" so basically... that can't exist :/

That really depends on how you play. I never play on normal servers where you can pick your weapon. I go to the gun game servers where you start out on pistols and work your way up. It's really fun :)
