Suuggestion For Crews

You guys should 'adopt' new guys, as in new in photoshop, and teach them all you know, make sure they have time and follow up tutorials and everything, Then ya can call him your pet, lol jokes.. but honestly you guys should do that to improve yourself as photoshop users and well help out other people

No one wants noobs on their crew, so your idea is terrible.

 

Actually, if you help people you'll get more rep as a good teacher and it feels good calling someone your pet..

 

well the idea of a crew is a group of people with at least an average knowledge on graphics.
The idea is that once you are in a crew, you actually have some skills
letting beginners into crews would kill that idea
and besides, beginners can get CnC in the signature board, rescources from the rescources board and help from the graphic discussion.
what do they need crews for?

Maybe like, they wouldn't have to be considered in the crew, just like the crew's pet or something like he said. Just like, the whole crew helps them out, so they become good enough to get into the crew.

 

I was just joking about that part, but they can be helpful for the thing, and for the people. But this has to be a kind person to do so, no GR credit whore nor posting nor MY ----Z DA BEST NUKKA type of person
