v2 looks good .. but a few things you should change or remove remove those black shadow lines, what ever they are in front of her neck and chin.. remove that and the big duplicated render on the left .. remove that also and try to change the text a bit .. blend it in more, once you've done all that save it as V3 .. and post it up here .. but the rest of the sig is good
clean the face, that's the first thing lol everything else i was gonna say has already been said by kovan do what he said and you'll be fine
