Does anyone run track and field like me? In the spring before soccer season I usually run to get warmed up and stuff. I run the 40m and 100m dash, my record for the 100m is 10.88 seconds, which would be a world record in the 1920's But yeah, Who runs track, what distances, and what times!!
I would run the 100m dash and hurdles, but i got killer knee probs and shin splints. My time for dash is pretty low compared to track kids though. Never was timed on it. I run a pretty nice mile for somebody who hates plain ol running with a burning passion. Like 7:50. Sucky compared to a cross country kid :lol: .
OMG I don't know track and field but I am assuming it is some kind of a sport/Olympic.. What do you have to do in that?

i Run CC 2Mile for 7th Grade dont remember times,Track 800,and Mile long distance runner but i can sprint very fast rather run long tho lol
I like any running event and long jump and high jump are also among my best. Javelin is fun, too. I'm OK with other throwing events, but I usually get beaten by the huge, work-out-everyday and constantly build their upper-body guys. Damn them.
You got a pretty good time on the 100m dash mate! But I don't do Track n field, just because almost the whole time of the year I am busy playing hockey..
