Whilst i have a little time on my hands i am going to write what i think of the crew, the activity of the crew, activities, thoughts etc etc... Ok firstly i have noticed that the crew has become VERY inactive since ive been away, i want this to change and pretty soon. If we can't get the activity back to how it was before, alot of our members will leave and go onto other crews that are active, we will then have to start again, looking for members etc etc etc... this is something i don't really want to do as it takes up time, i will however do it if needed. Also i need to know why you guys have not been posting often, i know some have been busy with finals etc but thats no excuse to not post ATLEAST once per day/and or every couple of days, its not on guys. I want to know from everyone within the crew, what they are doing, why they are inactive etc etc. Activities - Well at this very second i can't think of much to do, i do however want to start making another BC pack for the members of GR, i would appreciate it if you could all put in atleast one piece into this pack, more if you would like to, that is entirly up to you guys. I also would like to know what you guys would like to see changed here, what you would like to see happen, new activities etc etc. When i get back (more active) which should be within a couple of days, i will be doing a full cleanout of this crew, alot of topics that are no longer needed will be removed, topics with resources that no longer work will be removed, basically we are going to start a fresh. I will also be starting to buy some resources for the crew when i get back, also for the forum. Anyone who does not reply to this topic who are in the crew with a reason as to why they are no longer active as they should be WILL be removed from the crew end of story. If they wish to come back they will have to fill out a new application and be voted on again by the remaining members of the crew. I will give you guys a week at the most to let me know why you are no longer active, when you expect to be back, if after that time you have not replied, you will be removed as i have said previously. This may sound harsh but i have noticed that the crew has died and i don't want that to happen, if this means me having to remove some people, change a few things, start afresh i will do it, please do not take this personally, any of you it is not intended to be like that. I dunno. There were ideas such as a tut pack i think and I sent someone my tuts over but nothing ever came of it, or was it to open up sort of shop perhaps. I can't remember. Anyhow though, it's a pity i don't do sigs or Lps but I can provide loads of .psds though if needed

It seems a lot of ideas are started but never finished. Like the realism piece went no where. I think it was my turn and I asked for the psd 3 times but no one had it.
Gosh, you are so mean Jk. Whats up? I think the inactivity is due to the fact that everyone had to go somewhere etc etc.
im here. not too active though, have nothing to say and have absolutely no motivation to make tags anymore, it just ends up being a ------up. i am trying to buy psds but i always lose auctions.
Well it was finals for me and then 2 days after school got out i had to scurry off to look at colleges, so whenever I got a chance to get on I had to check up on sotw ^_^;; i posted here now and then, but now that I'm really back and settled (atleast till the end of this month, when i go to see ANOTHER college) I'll be doing more and more :]
I have a staff position at Cozma now, so I frequent there. I do, however, still come onto GR frequently and post in BC a couple of times.
I have been inactive because i have nothing to post. Im in and out here but im also working on admins my own forum and i just havn't designed anything in a while, so thus havn't really posted. But im still around and active in the sense that i read anything new even if i dont respond.
Thanks everyone for atleast responding, would it be possible for you all to post atleast once a day/and or every couple of days (even if you are busy) just so we know who is here and who isn't. Doesn't have to be long, just a quick 'im still here but busy atm' or something, that way i don't have to keep checking up on you guys, makes it just that little bit easier. Also can anyone think of anything they would like to see happen here/and or change here, i can then make a list of things to do/or change. Thanks
