It looks pretty good for being new and all.

    BTW welcome to the forums!

My BIGGEST tip would be to look at tutorials, they are a big help and will improve your skill with tips and knowledge. Other then that I would say work on flow, make the signature flow in a single direction, rather than all over the place (example is the background).

Oh yeah, even bigger than looking at tutorials is practice, you need to practice practice practice, and eventually you will improve!

    Good luck ^_^

Keep in mind you have to wait at least 24 hours before bumping ;) (post deleted)

As for the sig, it does look pretty good for a beginner, something else than the same old grunge style beginners do ^^
I quite like the scribble effect on it, it gives more to your background. The reson it looks a bit empty is probably because your render doesn't fit in with the bg. It seems just like a bg and a render on it.
So like Aose said, read up on tutorials, they will teach you techniques and above all, will make you familiar with photoshop and it's abilities (filters, adjustment layers, ...) ;)

Using adjustment layers to improve the colours of your tag can work too.I suggest you read darkwolf's tutorial on colouring it really helps a lot.
