You tell a waiter/waitress/ect. to call 911 (you have paid the person in advance) and you continue to tell her something has happened to her. Lines are useless if you don't have certain level of confidence. For example, if you're gonna be stuttering then you just blew it, walk away, put your head down and you have the right to feel emo. BUT!, if your level of confidence is high enough, just be yourself. Girls by now tend to pick up when you say a line, just be yourself and improve everytime you talk to a girl.

 

All that matters is

Self Confidence, Respect and Charm

for me the best method: catch her eye, make a goofy face, if she laughs its worth it and you're in, if she just looks at you weird, don't bother. get some sort of connection from across the room, that way its not awkward when you sit next to her. make it seem like shes the only person in the room you want to talk to.

 

am i the only one who thinks this thread is absolutely ridiculous?

 

I don't hate these threads but they eventually get sacked or moved to the spam forums. But they eventually get ridiculous because people end up saying random things.

 

Respect, charm, pickup lines... those are just signs of desperation tbh...

All a man needs is a way with words, confidence and to lead the woman to believe there is always something better out there for you. Its like reversing the roles and forcing them to make the move before competition does or risk it all. Works like a charm, but even the most experienced people will still be shot down a good majority of the time, just gotta keep that in mind.

Quite honestly, this thread needs to be deleted. If you are having that many problems talking to a girl, then you probably fall into one of the categories below:

1. You just got past your "Ew, girls have cooties" stage
2. You've suddenly realized that there was something out there besides homosexuality (no offense Logic)
3. You look amazingly similar to the guy sitting behind the computer in the "World of Warcraft" Sotuh Park episode, or
4. A combination of, or all of the above

If you can't just go up to a member of the opposite sex and carry on a conversation, then you need to re-------uate your lack of whatever hormone it is that fuels you... My adivce? grow a set of testes and just do it.
