I have an Idea.... Put the text going from the barrel to the top, Kinda like on the first, Keep it like the flow of the smoke. It lets it blend better.

 

bit plain and bright, has some coloring issues. add more solid effects and work on your bgs.

 

Very plain and boring, should darken it a little, I honestly can't ever see the border, the text could use some work as well.

 

I will try that with the text, thanks for the idea.

And if you right click and click on "view Image" you can see the borders.

And I wanted it to be plain, I like simple sigs.

 

i like v2 best.. but needs more depth and effects
