It's funny because this mirrors what happened to me last year. Here, below 80% is failing and you get kicked out of school. Mind you, I went to a private school. I ended up with a 79.8% in my Precalculus in my Sophmore year. Then I shot up my school, moved to Mississippi and married a man named Luther. Our son's name is Bubba.
She gave you 50 EC...thats what i call a generous teacher...if you still cant pass with her giving out 50 EC points you need to start studying bud...that just shows why u needed to be placed into summer school...=/
I had to go to summer school once for geometry but that was for an advanced course. It's 5 hours for 20 days and it's like a concentration camp. If you're in a public school, I'd advice that you go to the Board of Education and make an appeal. Just hope that they don't find out that your teacher gave a 50 point bonus.
Pretty much agree with what everyone else said, so I'm not going to write the same thing. But summer school, from what I've heard, isn't that bad.. Besides the heat of course. You're not dead dude. Just try harder your next year and don't repeat the same mistake..
Took the words right out of my mouth. Besides, had you done the work in the class and put in the time during the school year, you wouldn't find yourself putting in the time during summer. I have no pity.
I only actually work around an hour a week during the school year and I get mainly B's. Oh wait, AP Physics is next year
to be honest, other countries dont get extra credit, consider yourself lucky if you was in england you would have that 54% which would be E or something. If you studied hard enough all your tests could have been 80%+ on the grades. She gave you +20% on your final grade, that is very generous. she would lose her job in most other places.
