Okay im going to be honost becauase thats how you will learn to be better.

First - Logo's need to be original and creative to catch people attention, and this doesnt spark,
try making some kind of design or somthing that will catch people attention and when somone
see's it they will think of you company or website...ect

Second - When using colors try using colors that work with each other, teal and black dont
work well together, and clash to much.

Third - When saving make sure you save as PNG or JPEG, and when you will use it on a site use GIF.

To improve, i sujest just sit down with a couple pieces of paper, and a pencil, think about the name
"Sell 4 you" and just draw out what ever comes to your mind, then pick what you bieleve is the best
    and work from there.

There are a lot of artists here, if you need help if nothings coming to you
just post in offers and request for someone to help you out. If you need
any help PM me, ill be willing to help you out.

For some ideas, ill post some links to logo sheets.

Nasta said everything you need to know. Just be creative, try to make something "eye-catching."

You haven't researched into your audience at all.
That "logo" looks like it was for kids ages 5 - 10

Nansta has some good points, but before you do all of what he said to do,
you need to know who you want to attract in the first place.

At the moment, you are attracting the opposite crowd.

EDIT: Also, if you need to research into colour, look at a pantone book. I'm sure you can get one in any library.
