Here is my first ever attempt at a sig, please do not mock , constructive criticism and suggestions/improvements are more than welcome. and Thank you.
well i can't really tell you that much since this is the 1st sig you made... just go look at tutorials and practice using photoshop a lot. and for an improvement i'd say that you make a focus point in your sig. it'd look better if chrsitiano ronaldo was in the middle and there was like stuff around him so you make him the main thing on the sig.
thats a good signature for a first attempt but as metador said, you should make chrsitiano ronaldo stand out my than the other things in the signature, by either color, or sharpness/blur
He looks like hes constipated. On a more serious note, look in the tutorial section and learn some new techniques.
