well... i wouldn't say that consoles suck big time. yeah, most PC games are better than console games coz of how they're made and stuff... but i'll say, rates are kinda 50-50 IMO. like, fighting games like "tekken,mortal kombatP old skul r0x)" are better on consoles. but yeah... as alot of people say, "RTS games are better played in a PC than a console."
I can build a computer for 1000 dollars that can run COD4 3 times faster than a 360 I do know that a lot of those console games are also on computer, but no plays them on computers... It brought in everyone thank makes me despise consoles. It brought in everyone who I despise, and ruined gaming.. XBOX brought in the ignorant people and the emo people. Its easy to find people who fit those two categories, if they like rap or linkin park/greenday like music they are part of that group. The ignorant people are what created what I like to call graphics whoring which is one of the main parts of what ruined gaming and game quality. The emos are the people who made games like kingdom hearts<--- easily one of the worst games ever made.... But I would like to talk more about Graphics whoring, the XBOX started to bring these people in and decided to bring it to the next level, and they made the XBOX 360, it had good really good graphics for a console at the time, but what it did is it bring a all time low of quality of games to console gaming, and what was really sad is that what the XBOX did was turn gaming into a really ----ty fad, the people of this fad don't care for quality and just flood ratings with ----ty games so when you look through magazines you only see ---- for XBOX when the best quality games right now are nintendo and some sony. To fit into this fad all you need to do is have an XBOX a T-Shirt like this <div align="center"> </div> then to say: oh, hai, lol im a gamer, i say stuff liek "lol" THE CANCER SPREADS I knew that the cancer had officially spread when I saw the PS3, the horrible ---- that had spawned from the XBOX was ruining sony. They had transfered from XBOX's crap and infected Sony, and now the PS3 and XBOX don't put any quality into their games, they just make complete ---- games that look nice. Graphics is nothing with out a good story line and good game play... NINTENDO FIGHTS BACK Many of this Gaming Cancer and the fad expected the Wii to have great graphics and create the ----ty quality stuff that those other two consoles have bin doing but thank god, they went the way of quality. Which is expected of Nintendo, this is why I have a Wii. Mariokart and brawl and Zelda, the games that brought gaming truly into 3D great gameplay and great stories. THE LAST STRING OF QUALITY Nintendo is the last string of quality. Just because of their old classic charaters, they also allow you to play the old atari/sega games and old nintendo games, so all the quality of the past is also on the wii. Nintendo also is making new quality games. all those Wario Wear games and the Brain age stuff is awesome... But this last strand of good gaming is becoming infected also... ;_; ...You can see this because you can get Guitar hero for the wii, you know the greenday and linkin park people that I talked about earlier, this is their main game of fail... Most of you guys fit in with those retards and are part of what is killing gaming, you will never understand what a good game is, this is why you think I'm crazy... You guys are pure fail.. The retardation is so great its crazy, the person I quoted earlier is one of these stupid people, a 3000 dollar computer is a waste of money, unless you plan to do some extremely high quality rendering because your making a movie, or you are doing intense calculations / or trying to brute force peoples passwords which wouldn't really make a difference...

But I do know 1000 dollar horse------ runs circles around XBOX 360 PSUs don't cost too much, but it is important to get a reliable one...

just compare benchmarks. the q6600 is around 5-25%(on average around 20%) faster per clock as compared to the phenom in games, at least in CPU bound situations. though admitedly most of the time the video card is the limiter not the CPU. on that note, if I were to get a PC solely for gaming and nothing else... a $70 CPU would be going in there, not a $200 CPU that difference would be better spent elsewhere. you get a fast CPU for everything BUT gaming
