Photoshop Cs Help

    Ok guys i want to use the render below, but went ever i open it in photoshop cs and use the magic wand it clicks part of the render. So is there a other way open it up so i get the checker background

    I opened it, and it went to the chekered backround.

    are you using cs or 7

    I'm using CS. The only other thing I could think of is if your using IE, and or firefox.

    try using firefox and save it see if that works. Because IE gives it a backround.

    save it as png. ... duh! lol.... it will be clear background (transparent) if you do.....

    Your right it was IE. Why does IE give you a bg.

    I doesn't let me save as png. It save it as bitmap. How do i change that?

    It's already a PNG :P I copied the one he posted. The problem was that he was using IE. :P

    you have to clear your temporary internet files and delete your cookies, then it would be no problem it's not IE and that image is getting overused

    go to the tools>internet settings and then delete cookies and delete files and clear history if you want. that should fix it
