Yes, stop eating, thats one of the best ways to lose weight, a close second would be just to smoke some crack.
Oh god no. Using that just says your too lazy to do it yourself. (Blunt but am I not correct?) Work out my friend. Run. Eat three meals a day without the snacks. (You say its too hard?) Toughh ----. I gained 25 pounds over the past 6 months. (On purpose) It's just as hard to gain someone with a 4.9 percent body fat ratio as it would for you to lose 20 or so pounds. I'm 5' 10'' and at 150. (If your gaining weight and not muscle gain...then your not working hard enough. Results WILL come if you work for them. If you don't work hard enough...all that protein that doesn't get used will end up as extra weight. ) Oh.. and to make sure. Eating pretty much one meal a day...is the ---- way to lose weight. Starving your body of its nutrients never and I mean never is ta=hat the correct way og going about weight loss.
lol it doesn't exactly work like that doing more reps with less weight burns more fat than gains muscle, maybe if you did a lot of weight with lower reps the fat would get pushed out, but its not like you wouldn't loose any fat in the process
I'm sorry...but what is up with "Fat being pushed out??".... it doesn't "Get pushed out" it gets burned for energy ad anything your body needs during your workout.
i didnt take the time to read all the replies but what i can say is man has never needed chimecals to loss weight and get in shape. i just wana say that pills and junk to loss weight are the same as taking stearoids to get muscles, its not nessasary. keep up what your doing and watch what you eat, it will start to kick in
Ok, well you see the lack of a loss of weight, is probably because you've gone to the gym. If you are doing some proper lifting, this will build muscle, which will be good for your physique if you lose the fat. But the muscle you're putting on is the reason you're not seeing weight loss. I'd advise not to do weights, and switch to maybe half hour, an hour on the running machine, ergo's(rowing machine) or cycling thing. You could also try swimming. All these are good cardiovascular builders, and should help more with muscle toning, and body weight loss instead of strong muscle building and hence the appearance you see of man boobs. Once you've lost this extra fat you can go into building the muscle through weights, and will see better definition, although toning through rowing and running should tone you to a good amount as it is. The alternative way is to eat less. Or live on chewing gum which I've found to help lose weight fast, without the effect of hunger. Hope this helps, but remember stuff like this can take time
Using things like that is only bad. You should do it on your own strength. Just be sure to watch what you eat, if you want a snack, eat a healthy snack! Ask your mom/dad or the person in house who cooks to try and cook with health caring products BUT biological! If you watch what you eat, you can even eat as much as you usually do, you can lose weight just by filtering your body with the healthy food.
Hello, Now, I've always had a little extra ba-dunk-a-dunk in my trunk. I used to be really depressed about it, but I've lost weight and learned to deal with it. Because I was curious, I tried using a couple different pills. I never thought they would work as a miracle pill and shed off those pounds. I just wanted to see if it really did compliment weight loss with diet and exercise. In my experience the pill did not help my weight loss. I started the pill and lost about 12 lbs. after I lost the first 12, I wanted to go without. So in the same time it took me to lose the 12 lbs, I lost a whopping 17. Now I don't know if this had to do with the pill or what, but I don't believe it works. It also makes you jittery, and your constantly in the bathroom and it's no fun. SO to me it's not worth it, but you have to make that decision for yourself. XoxoX Samantha
Haha Thanks guys I won't be using it because over the weekend somehow...I didnot go to the gym but worked to re-design my room (move things around) and this Monday (today) I weighed myself at work and now I weigh 198 Pounds rather than 209 last Thursday when my trainer (buddy) weighed me So I think without the pill it is goo Thanks again -Zain
I just did an only Body Mass Index calculation, and according to it I am 10 lbs overweight. I'm 6'2, 205 lbs, and I know for a fact that I am in the best shape of my life right now. I can run a 13'6 on the 20 meter beep test, I'm lifting at least 5 times a week, and the last time I got my body fat checked I was at 6%. I played hockey all winter, and have been playing rugby since April. So just because you are a little heavier than the norm, that doesn't exactly make you overweight unless it is evident to some extent. But it never hurts to start getting into shape, or back into shape depending on what your case is. And that's awesome that you've already managed to lose 11 lbs, keep it up cause whatever you are doing seems to be working.
Do a stricter diet, it'll help alot and stop doing weight lifting for now. It may not help, reduce weight by jogging, it helps a lot too!
