In mid-July I'm going to Japan, so I would like to have something by then.

I am looking at IEM's that are under $100 that offer good noise isolation as well as a good overall sound quality. i.e. not too bass oriented. Also, it would be nice if they were pretty durable, since they'll be seeing a lot of use. The music I will be listening to would mostly consist of Metal and Classical. I currently use a pair of Phillip's which I really like (minus the rubber piece constantly coming off... Right now I only have one on the left earbud =/), since the sound is pretty good (to my ear) and does not drive the bass, unlike my brother's pair of Sony's which offer too much bass and hurt my ear. If I could sleep with them in, that would be another plus.

Right now my main two choices are the Ultimate Ears Super.fi 3 Studios and the Creative ep-630s.
I was even considering the Razer m100's but they were sold out and I figured my other choices would be just as sufficient, if not better.

    Any suggestions would be nice.

I have a pair of sennheiser cx300. Its one of the best if not the best earphones. If you want you could get the higher end earphones but you should get a sennheiser. They have one of the best quality headset/earphones.
