    The problem with it is that it now needs to be verified, so I'm willing to let this account go cheap.

    what does it mean when it's "limited" ?
    if i buy the account .. will i be able to send those $22 to my own account ?

    can you tell me more about this "limited" .. i don't understand
    i might go up to 5k/5.5k , just need to know i can actually use the money

    I think sending money is a 'sensitive account feature". I'm not sure tho
