Well I have a paypal account with $110 in, but it got limited.
all you need to do is add a bank account and credit card to it to unlimit it, then you can get $120 from it.

yes it will work in the uk, im actually from the uk so its £55 but it converts to $110, yes it will work, you just have to add a bank account and credit card to it which i dont have.

 

If it's an English account you should be able to buy things still if it's under 500 pounds.
