Well, iTunes won't recognize my ipod when I connect it, so I cannot put any songs on it. All that it does when I connect it, is charge. I think that I might have accidently clicked the option for iTunes to not recognize my ipod upon connection, but I don't know how to change it if the ipod won't connect. >.<

    Can anybody help me out?

Go to preference then click on the syncing tab and check disable syncing.

That didn't do anything. I need to find a way to get it to work with iTunes again....

Hold the menu and middle button until your iPod restarts the software, then try to sync.

This actually just happened to me a week ago.
Is your computer registering a Removable Disk (your iPod)? [Mine wasn't]

What I did... Uninstalled, rebooted, Reinstalled, rebooted... And iTunes was able to recognize my iPod again.

Try running some tests: Hold in Center + Menu until the iPod restarts after that wait about 2-3 seconds when you see the Apple logo (this is about 5 seconds before the backlight comes on) or when you feel the HDD spinning, then hold in Center + Rewind.

Just run the auto diagnostics test; if everything checks out, its your computer's fault.

You could also try something like, plugging it in the back ports (if you are using any front USB ports).
