Well i recently started getting into techno music but the thing is i dont know where to start cause i wanna download some...So can some of you guys list me or tell me some of your favorite songs/artists plz...

What I personally do is go to di.fm and find their hardstyle channel which is awesome.

 

if ya want to know sum hot hardstyle songs just tell, I can hook ya up with the latest hardstyle vinyls ^^

I also see Kennedy is reading, so he probably will mention some Drums and Bass, which i forgot.

Pendulum is good, so is Sub-Focus, DJ Fresh, Drumsound & Simon Bassline Smith, you pick it.

 

Question: songs by the likes of Justice or The Crystal Method belong in what type of techno? Dance?

 

Theres no types of techno ffs. There are types of electronic music, it's different. Justice is Electro/ Electroclash .

 

Hybrid makes really high quality with high production values electronic music, it's a mix of Electronica/Nu Breaks/Progressive trance

To be honest the DnB didn't really click on me in the end, though DJ Fresh, Sub-Focus and pendulum did click.
