Just thought you would like to know: The amount of force needed to knock someone out unconscious is about 225 Newtons, which translates to ~1000 lbs of force. If the mass of your hand is 20 lbs, (9.07 KG), then you'd have to accelerate your hand at a rate of ~25m/s^2. In other words you'd have to accelerate your hand at about 56 mph.
