Me and 2 mates were at the park, this 10 year old chav came up to us and got all ------y. So we told him to go away...then about 5 mins l8r he comes back with a bin bag and starts throwing them at us. He misses by about 3 metres each time, then we follow him on our bikes just to annoy him, and he runs away rofl! Then we found out that he had been annoying peeps earlier 2. Everyone now wants to anally rape him...with a nail... Any of you guys had experiences like this, pitty filled, one?
Well not really and I don't really think its funny, you should give that guy a beating or an oral smacking so that he doesn't do it again. That's about it.

Its not a 'phrase', it just means 'by using a nail'. You could substitute the word 'nail' for anything...It isn't 'British slang' or anything like that. And nor is 'peeps', or 'pity-filled', which you also highlighted incorrectly. =| Anyway, yes, chavs are a predominant problem round where I live. However, most are around my age or younger, so they don't tend to approach me or my friends. xP
LOL SO THATS A CHAV We have tons of those here in Portugal, we call them 'basofes' , 'mitras' or 'xungas' .
