Took few hours of my life to write/make. So if you find this useful, Cred or Rep (if i deserve it) is appreciated.

    Couple of simple rules:
    > Dont make it so bright it hurts you eyes.
    > Dont make it too dark.
    > Drink coffee.
    > Have sweet brushes. ;)

Okai, first open PS (*surprise*) and make new file.
    - I make the size 340x130, but you can use whatever you want.
    - Fill it with black color.

    1.
    - Make new layer (shift+ctrl+n).
    - Choose sum nice brushes.
    - Set color to white.
    - Brush it so its mostly white.

    2.
    - New layer (shift+ctrl+n).
    - Nice brushes again.
    - Color to black.
    - BRUSH!

    3.
    Repeat couple of times.

    4.
    Repeat few times more :E
((Additional)): Add some rocky pattern(s) in new layer(s).
    Soft light, opacity below 20%.

    5.
Now. Get a render or cut it out by yourself.
I use render by *BLOOD*. ;)

Save img to your computer, open it in Photoshop.
Do the changes you want to make to the render.

If you want to make render smaller:
    First, click CTRL+A.
    Go to EDIT/TRANSFORM/SCALE.

Now paste it to the background.

    6.
    Blending the render.
    - Get you lasso tool, and set feather to 15.
    - Go around the image.
    - In the layers tab, press "add layer mask" button (Second button from left).
If you want to make it more blended in some spots, get Eraser tool @ opacity 20% and erase,
    ((Additional)): Press CTRL+SHIFT+U for desaturation.
((Additional)): Brush over the render with low opacity. (20 - 30%)

    Here's mine atm.

    7:
    Multicoloring:
    - LAYERS/NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER/COLOR BALANCE 50, 0,-50 to all (shadows, midtones and highlights)
    - Filter/Render/Clouds
    - New color balance layer: -50, 0, 50 to all.
    - Clouds
    - Third colorbalance layer: Make the colors you want more stronger.
    - ((Additional)): Clouds.
    - LAYERS/NEW ADJUSTMENT LAYER/BRIGHTNESS|CONTRAST LAYER...
    - Set them as you want.
    - ((Additional)): Move your render layer over the colorbalance/brightness|contrast layer.

    Mine atm:

    8:
    Adding text:
Write your name @ what font you want. Check out some text tutorials.
Im not good at texts :E. Subtext if you want.

    Border:
    - Make layer over everything, but your color balances.
    - Hit CTRL - A.
    - EDIT/STROKE...
    - First make 3px black.
    - Apply.
    - Again EDIT/STROKE...
    - Now make it 2px and some common color of the sig.
    - Apply.
    - Now 1px black.
    - Apply.
    - Set all to Soft light.

    Yay yay.
    My final:
