Hehehe, late reply, but I can still answer it.

I do this in PSP9: Image -> Resize -> <resize the image with Smart Size checked>

 

Okay heres how you do it.

1. Use photoshop.

 

U mean how to installing a font in paint shop pro right? I can help U cuz I use it as well^^

 

1). Download the zip file by clicking on the font of your choice.

2). Unzip the file with a program like Winzip.(you don't need it if you have windows XP)

3). Extract the font to your windows/fonts folder. /Place these files into the Fonts folder, usually C:\Windows\Fonts or C:\WINNT\Fonts
(can be reached as well by the Start Menu > Control Panel > Appearance and Themes > Fonts).

When have done this your font should be installed in your Paint shop pro and word pad, word, yea you know what I mean...
