Also can I just say I never actually said "yeah go ahead USE my account" to Northern. I was in LONDON for the weekend and didn't know anything about it. He's my best friend and I use the pass for this account for many others around the net I've let him use in the past so thats why he has the pass lol but still...

Okay, this is where you should just leave this section of the forum. If you actually took some time to read the guidelines on rules in the 'staff section' during the whole 'takeover', you'd know that the staff warns/bans people based on the offense and previous offenses.

You don't know what you're talking about, so just stay away from these topics.

Wondering if enough time has now passed to ask for unban regardless of whether its decided necessary or not?

Ok, I'm sorry and I know this isn't my problem or a decision of mine, but I have to say, if you are going to put forward a joke that includes the ENTIRE forum, you should expect immaturity. This forum consist of members of a wide range of ages, so of course not everyone has reached that maturity level. And keeping chakka banned when it's not his fault whether believable or not doesn't seem right. The wrong has been done, everyone knows where their wrong was and has apologized, and most importantly, they know not to do it again. So the punishment was there it's been resolved it's a past issue, continuing to want to ban him over it makes it seem like you're TRYING to run this forum on a dictatorship. And after all the joke which (if i read the posts right), all the staff contributed to it, and it was that joke that started everything. And being and Admin and a Mod, I don't think you can start a joke and not take any of the heat for the aftermath of it all. Again that's just my opinion...

Chakka was banned just over a month ago, so there is little need in repeatedly knocking the topic to the top of the page to attract attention. An unban request can only really be done three months after the individual was banned - no matter what the reason for the ban.

And, if I were you, I'd stop attracting attention to Chakka's alternate ban-evading account - the more bumping you do, the more likely it is going to have action taken on it.

lol 3 months has nothing to do with this, I just read the topic pages. How come dementia didn't say three months and lock the topic? And does it really take 1 months to discuss a yes or no question?
