    Heard Coldplay's 'new' track, from their upcoming album ('Viva la Vida or Death and All His Friends') , Violet Hill ?

    I find it great.

    First listen, wtf? sounded like Oasis without their "edge" (and I dont like Oasis lol)

    Second listen, this time all the way through without interruption, really like it, sounds like Coldplay but with a new sound which is always cool to hear.

    Anyone else think its similar to what Elbow changed with their recent record "Grounds for Divorce"? Similar Indy style given a bit of a new approach (with possibly a better outcome than Violet Hill too)

    Coldplay does not normally air at MTV. Also, here at Portugal, MTV airs some pretty ----ty stuff.

    I think i've just listened to too much coldplay. it has all started to sound the same...

    Coldplay are a good band but i havent heard their new track yet, the only one i really like from them is 'clocks'
